Getting an account

Accounts are created by an administrator in Staff, who receives a one-time password to hand over. It must be changed at first sign-in.

On a fresh database, the development fixtures and their credentials come from:

cd platform
pnpm api:bootstrap

There is no self-service password reset: that needs an email channel, and a weaker substitute would be worse than an administrator issuing a new one-time password.
